What else do I need to pay for other than rent?
The rent is per week for the property and this includes everything, the only
other cost is a returnable security deposit of £100
for safe return of the keys plus a 'no damage report' from our
French agency. The price is for the property only, please see how
to get there for information on ferries, trains and planes.
What linen is available?
For hygiene purposes we do not supply any linen. Each bed has
pillows and quilts which are dry cleaned regularly. Guests need
to take towels, quilt covers, pillow covers and sheets. We can arrange towel and linen hire, please contact us for prices.
How & when can I pay you?
A deposit of £100
per week will secure any booking. Full payment plus security
deposit is required 8 weeks before departure.
A welcome pack will then be sent with instructions on
how to get to the property along with other useful info. Payment
can be made by personal cheque or by PayPal. Please allow enough
time for cheques to clear before departure. Please see our terms
of use for more information.
What are the in and out times for the property?
The property is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and we
ask that you vacate the property by 10am on the final day. This
allows us sufficient time to ensure the property is ready for the
next guests.
Are weekend rentals available?
Generally we do not offer weekend rentals, only full week rentals
from Saturday to Saturday. However during the off peak period of
September to April (excluding Christmas and New Year) we may consider
weekend rentals especially for late availability. Please contact
