 The apartment has two
parking spaces behind the building with easy access to the outside
stairs that lead
to the third floor accommodation. On entering the apartment you will
be in the main hallway with access to the shower room, separate toilet
and third bedroom. The hallway opens into the main living area which
has ample space for the dining area and lounge area. This room has
three windows which have a fantastic view along the beach towards
Granville.
The lounge area contains a large three seater sofa and two chairs,
together with the TV. The dining area has a large table with
six chairs, ideal for enjoying a large French style feast.
From the living area there is access to the kitchen and two main
bedrooms. The modern kitchen is complete with fridge, dishwasher,
oven, hotplate & kettle. All crockery, cutlery, saucepans and
kitchen utensils are supplied for those days when you decide to
stay in rather than eating out.
 The first bedroom contains a large double bed, fitted wardrobes
and two windows that share the same view as from the living room,
along the beach towards Granville. The second bedroom is smaller
but also has a double bed and benefits from an en-suite bathroom
with bath and basin. The window in this bedroom has a view across
the Bay of Mont St Michel and includes the Carolles cliffs which
makes a great view when the large waves are rolling in.
The third bedroom is fitted with bunk beds that are suitable for
adults or children. The shower room is fitted with a modern shower
and also has a basin.
All the bedrooms have duvets and pillows supplied but we ask guests
to bring their own linen. |
