Beaches
There is no shortage of beaches in the area and we have listed a small selection below.
Between Carolles and the town of Granville, about
12 kms north, you will find the beaches
of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon Plage and St Pair all accessed by the D911.

The beach
at Carolles is shadowed by the wonderful cliffs which offer
a stunning view of the whole area including Mont St.
Michel.
There
are a number of restaurants and the picturesque village
of Carolles, situated atop the cliffs, is just a couple of
kms away.
Our apartment at
Carolles is situated just
100 metres from the beach with views stretching to Granville
in one direction and across the bay of Mont St Michel
to Cancale in the other. |

St Martin de Bréhal
and further up the coast directly west from the town of Coutances
